Ivo is the founder and creative director of Albert (www.getalbert.com), which lets the self-employed run their business finances from their mobile in an incredibly simple way.

Albert is the first fintech startup founded by a designer and engineer. Before, they have created mobile apps for major UK banks such as Natwest, RBS and the BBC, which resulted in the first UK banking app being features by Google, and the Cannes Gold Lion award for innovative payment features. Other design work that was led by Ivo - for example, the ground-breaking Ubuntu mobile devices - has been described as “setting new grounds, unique and beautiful” by press such as the Wall Street Journal and Businessweek, and have been the inspiration for recent changes to mobile platforms iOS and Android.
