Georgia Hanias is Head of Global Communications at Innovate Finance, a new membership organisation for FinTech based in Level 39 - Europe's largest accelerator space for FinTech innovation.

Previously Georgia was a director within Citigate Dewe Rogerson’s corporate practice and headed up the agency’s start up division and supported a range of established tech clients.

Before her foray into agency life Georgia ran her own media consultancy for ten years. She represented a broad range of clients independently and with other agencies, spanning consumer, third sector and technology companies. She also produced several news programmes. Georgia has extensive multi-national experience in both traditional and digital PR campaigns.

Georgia began her PR career as a project manager with Nortel Networks. During her five years with the company she led various internal communications campaigns in North America and Europe. She then worked as a PR manager for various B2B IT companies in the UK.
